KORP Application
Terms of Service Document: Version 1.0

1. Introduction

Welcome to the KORP Application.

The KORP Application is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) developed by Humanic Studio exclusively for PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa ("PT. KORP").

The application is intended solely to support the company's internal human resource operations, including employee administration, attendance management, work scheduling, leave administration, operational documentation, payroll support, and other authorized business processes.

The KORP Application is a private enterprise application and is not intended for public use.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the KORP Application, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If a user does not agree with these Terms, the user must discontinue use of the application and contact the Company Administrator if access has been assigned in error.

3. Authorized Users

Access to the KORP Application is limited exclusively to:

Employees of PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa;
Personnel authorized by PT. KORP;
Individuals granted access by an appointed Company Administrator.

The application does not provide public registration or self-service account creation.

All accounts are created, managed, suspended, and removed solely by administrators authorized by PT. KORP.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must:

Use only their assigned account.
Keep passwords confidential.
Notify the Company Administrator immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
Avoid sharing login credentials with other individuals.

PT. KORP may suspend or deactivate accounts when necessary in accordance with its internal policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the application only for legitimate business activities related to their employment responsibilities.

Users must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
Modify, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the application.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
Use the application for unlawful activities.
Misrepresent attendance records or operational documentation.
Submit false or misleading information.

The application may only be used within the scope of responsibilities assigned by PT. KORP.

6. Company Responsibilities

PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa is responsible for:

Managing employee accounts.
Determining user roles and permissions.
Managing employment-related operational information.
Maintaining internal HR policies governing the use of the application.
Ensuring authorized use of the system within the organization.

7. Humanic Studio Responsibilities

Humanic Studio acts solely as the software developer and technology service provider.

Humanic Studio is responsible for:

Developing the application.
Maintaining the application infrastructure.
Providing technical maintenance.
Performing system recovery when necessary.
Delivering technical support under its service agreement with PT. KORP.

Humanic Studio does not make employment decisions or manage company policies.

8. Service Availability

Humanic Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of the KORP Application.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Scheduled maintenance;
Software updates;
Infrastructure improvements;
Security measures;
Internet connectivity issues;
Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Whenever reasonably possible, maintenance activities will be performed in a manner that minimizes operational disruption.

9. Intellectual Property

The KORP Application, including its software, user interface, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, graphics, source code, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Humanic Studio retains ownership of the application framework, software architecture, reusable components, and underlying technologies.
Operational data entered by PT. KORP remains the property of PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
Users obtain no ownership rights over the software.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The KORP Application relies on trusted third-party services to support its operation.

Firebase Authentication
Cloud Firestore
Firebase Storage
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Google Maps Platform
Gemini API

Use of these services remains subject to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.

Humanic Studio is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party service providers.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The KORP Application is provided to support PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa's internal operational activities.

While Humanic Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, security, and reliability of the application, the application is provided on an "as available" and "as maintained" basis.

Humanic Studio does not guarantee that:

The application will always operate without interruption.
Every feature will always be error-free.
The application will satisfy every operational requirement of the company.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humanic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the KORP Application.

Humanic Studio's responsibilities are limited to providing technical services in accordance with its agreement with PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.

Employment decisions, payroll decisions, attendance policies, disciplinary actions, and all other operational decisions remain solely under the authority of PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.

13. Suspension and Termination

PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa may suspend or terminate user access whenever necessary in accordance with its internal policies.

User access may be suspended or terminated if:

The employment relationship ends.
Access is no longer required.
Misuse of the application is detected.
Company policies require account suspension.

Termination of user access does not automatically remove company records that must be retained under applicable laws or company retention policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the KORP Application shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Humanic Studio provides technical support and application maintenance services within the scope of its service agreement with PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect service improvements, technological developments, operational requirements, or changes in applicable laws and regulations.

If material changes are made, users may be notified through the application, the official website, or other communication channels deemed appropriate.

The latest version of these Terms of Service will always be available on the official Humanic Studio website.

By continuing to use the KORP Application after these Terms become effective, users acknowledge and accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Effective Date

These Terms of Service become effective on the Effective Date specified in this document and supersede all previous versions relating to the KORP Application.

These Terms form part of the official documentation of the KORP Application developed by Humanic Studio for PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
