Welcome to the KORP Application.
KORP is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) developed by Humanic Studio exclusively for PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa ("PT. KORP"). The application serves as the company's operational system to support employee administration, attendance management, work schedule management, leave requests, documentation of specific work activities, and payroll processing.
The KORP Application is not a public application and does not provide self-registration for users. All user accounts are created, managed, and deactivated by administrators appointed by PT. KORP in accordance with the company's internal policies.
Humanic Studio acts as the developer and technology service provider of the application, while PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa is responsible for managing employment-related operational information processed through the KORP Application. Humanic Studio provides and maintains the technology services that support the operation of the application.
KORP is designed to support the company's administrative processes without processing information unrelated to the operational functions of the application. Every permission requested by the application has a clearly defined purpose and is used only when the user accesses the relevant feature.
We are committed to processing user information responsibly, transparently, and securely in accordance with the company's operational purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the KORP Application who are employees or authorized personnel of PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
The KORP Application processes only the information necessary to perform the functions selected by the user. Every piece of information processed has a direct relationship with the feature being used.

The KORP Application is not designed to access or collect device information unrelated to its operational functions, such as the device IMEI, the device's phone number, contact lists, or other unnecessary device information.
As part of employment administration, the Company Administrator and/or users may provide the following information according to the company's operational requirements
This information is processed to support employment administration, tax administration, Indonesia's social security (BPJS) administration, and payroll processing in accordance with the company's internal policies.
The KORP Application does not store copies or photographs of the Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). The application stores only the National Identity Number (NIK) as part of employment administration.
Providing certain information listed above is not always a technical requirement for using the application. However, incomplete information may affect the completeness of employment administration in accordance with PT. KORP's internal policies.
When users perform Clock In or Clock Out, the application processes:
This information is recorded as part of the attendance records and may be accessed by authorized personnel of the company according to their assigned responsibilities.
The KORP Application does not implement location restrictions (geofencing) as a requirement for recording attendance. Users may record attendance wherever necessary to perform their assigned duties, including while working outside the office.
Location information is processed only when users perform attendance activities and is not used for continuous location tracking or background location collection.
Certain job roles require work documentation as part of daily operational activities.

Information processed through the application is never and not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or sold to any third party.
The KORP Application requests only the permissions necessary to support specific application features. Each permission has a direct relationship with the functionality being used by the user.
Camera permission is required for features involving operational documentation, including:
The camera is activated only when users intentionally access features requiring image capture.
Location information is processed only when users perform Clock In or Clock Out.
Location is recorded as part of attendance records so the company can identify where attendance activities occur according to its operational requirements.
The KORP Application does not implement geofencing and does not continuously monitor or collect background location information.
Calendar permission supports leave administration features, allowing users to manage leave schedules according to the company's operational requirements.
Notification permission is used to deliver operational information, including:
Photo Library permission allows users to select existing images stored on their device for features that require photographic documentation.
The application does not access, organize, or scan the user's entire photo library.
On certain devices, microphone permission may be requested automatically as part of the operating system's camera framework.
The KORP Application does not use the microphone to record users' voices, conversations, or audio for any operational purpose.
To support the operation, reliability, and security of the application, KORP utilizes trusted third-party technology services.

These providers may process only the information necessary to perform their respective services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
The KORP Application provides an AI-powered chatbot based on Google's Gemini API to assist users by providing information and answering questions submitted through the application.
Users are responsible for the information they provide to the chatbot. We recommend that users do not submit personal information, confidential company information, or other sensitive information unrelated to the intended use of the application.
Responses generated by the AI chatbot are intended solely for informational purposes. They are not used as the basis for employment administration, employment relationships, or company policy decisions.
Information processed through the KORP Application is shared only with parties that require access to support company operations and application services.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose users' personal information for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes.
Information may only be disclosed where required by applicable laws or pursuant to lawful requests from authorized government authorities.
User information is retained only for as long as necessary to support the employment relationship between PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa and the user.
When employment ends and the user's account is deactivated according to the company's internal policies, information will be deleted or retained in accordance with the company's data retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
Humanic Studio processes such information solely for the purpose of providing, operating, maintaining, securing, and supporting the KORP Application.

As the KORP Application is an internal operational system of the company, user account management is governed by the administrative policies established by PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
User accounts are created, managed, and deactivated only by administrators appointed by PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
Users cannot independently delete their accounts through the application.
When a user's employment relationship with PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa ends, the Company Administrator will deactivate the account and user information will be retained or deleted in accordance with the company's data retention policy and applicable laws.

Humanic Studio provides technical support, system maintenance, and application services within the scope of its agreement with PT. Kurnia Oryza Reksa Perkasa.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect service improvements, technological developments, operational requirements, or changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Where material changes are made, users may be notified through the application, the official website, or other appropriate communication channels.
The latest version of this Privacy Policy will always be available on the official Humanic Studio website.
By continuing to use the KORP Application after the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, users acknowledge and accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy becomes effective on the date specified in this document and supersedes all previous versions relating to the KORP Application.
